We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who participated in our Property Owners’ survey in April. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ve received some helpful pointers on how we can improve our service.

• We discovered that you would like to know more about our security services, which is why we’re launching our specialist division, Ad Hoc UK Security Ltd, which will focus on providing smart camera security towers, wireless smart alarms and manned security guards, and will be led by former Area Manager for the Midlands, Darren Tubb.

• You suggested that an area for improvement is the sending of regular updates on how we’re managing your property. We understand that this is important to you, which is why we’ve upgraded our CRM & Financial Reporting System to allow for more automation in relation to property reports.

• We’re working on a new website, and we want to know what you, the property owners, want to see. Perhaps a portal where you can keep track of everything happening with your property in one place? Or it could be a feature that will enhance your online experience as a property owner? Let us know your ideas and we’ll see what we can do.
