We require just 31 days’ notice to hand back your property to you.
On receipt of the notice, we issue notices to the Guardians protecting your property and then start working with them immediately to relocate to another Ad Hoc property.
On the agreed date and time one of Ad Hoc’s staff will meet you on site to hand back the property.
