As Easter approaches, now is a great time to join our scheme. To get the ball rolling, we need your help to identify vacant properties in your area and family, friends or colleagues that could become the Guardians of the future. After all, you are already living the Guardian life, and therefore are perfectly placed to identify potential opportunities.

The process is simple – just call our dedicated hotline on 020 7042 5172, provide us with the details and we will log the opportunity. Assuming we successfully secure management of the property, then you will receive £250 of high street vouchers.

If you refer a new Guardian to us, who stays for a minimum of three months and is debt free, you will receive double our normal rate of £100, available until 13^th April. So, what are you waiting for – get referring!
